History

GCL Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: KDM), formerly known as Long Thanh Co., Ltd., was established and began operations on June 1, 2009, with a charter capital of 16 billion VND. The company operates in three main sectors:
– Brick and concrete manufacturing–
Transportation services–
Construction of civil and industrial projects

On March 9, 2016, nearly seven years after its establishment, the Company’s shares were officially approved for listing on the HNX under the ticker symbol KDM

March 29, 2016: Marked KDM’s first trading day on the HNX, with a closing price of 11,600 VND per share

August 25, 2020: The company changed its name to Le Gia Investment Group Joint Stock Company, with its authorized capital increased to 71 billion VND.

March 31, 2021: Changed its name to New Residential Area Development Corporation.

July 13, 2022: Officially changed its name to GCL Group Joint Stock Company, with primary operations in the following sectors: Steel Trading – Financial Investment – Real Estate Investment.
